Our Work Speaks Volumes

We've spent years getting our hands dirty with projects that actually matter. From rust-covered factories to gleaming adaptive reuse spaces, here's what we've been up to.

Completed Projects

Look, we're not gonna pretend every project was smooth sailing. Some of these builds had us scratching our heads at 2am. But that's the thing about working with century-old structures and modern steel - you learn something new every damn time.

Distillery District Foundry Before Distillery District Foundry After
Heritage Restoration

Distillery District Foundry

Turned a 1889 metal casting facility into mixed-use creative studios. The original crane rails? Yeah, we kept those as ceiling features.

Junction Textile Mill Before Junction Textile Mill After
Industrial Architecture

Junction Textile Mill

Five floors of 1920s brick meets contemporary steel framing. The zoning battle alone took 18 months.

Port Lands Steel Works Before Port Lands Steel Works After
Steel Structure Engineering

Port Lands Steel Works

Ground-up steel construction inspired by the site's shipbuilding past. Those weathered beams? Salvaged from the original 1940s structure.

Hamilton Railway Hub Before Hamilton Railway Hub After
Urban Redevelopment

Hamilton Railway Hub

1912 train station transformed into a community hub. Kept every original rivet we could find.

That massive smokestack? Now it's the centerpiece of a pretty sweet event space.

Canary District Brewery Before Canary District Brewery After

Three connected brewery buildings from 1897. Now? High-end condos with LEED Gold certification. The fermentation tanks became water features - no joke.

Steel Structure Engineering

Don Valley Bridge Works

Pedestrian bridge using salvaged railway trusses. Engineering nightmare, visual masterpiece.

Leslieville Power Station Before Leslieville Power Station After
Historic Preservation

Leslieville Power Station

1920s electrical substation turned co-working space. Those massive turbine housings make surprisingly good meeting pods.

Waterfront Grain Silos Before Waterfront Grain Silos After
Urban Redevelopment

Waterfront Grain Silos

Concrete silos from the 30s. Now they're a boutique hotel with the coolest circular rooms you've ever seen.

Oshawa Motor Works Before Oshawa Motor Works After
Industrial Architecture Design

Oshawa Motor Works Campus

Former auto assembly plant, now tech startup incubator. We kept the assembly line tracks embedded in the floor - they're actually kinda cool for cable management.

Got a Building With Good Bones?

We're always looking for our next challenge. Whether it's a crumbling factory or a tired warehouse that needs some love, let's talk about what's possible. Fair warning though - we'll probably get way too excited about your rusty I-beams.

What Makes Our Process Different

Honestly? We're not afraid to get dirty. Site visits at ungodly hours, climbing through half-collapsed roofs to check structural integrity, arguing with engineers about load-bearing walls... it's all part of the gig. We've learned that you can't really understand a building until you've spent time with it - and we mean REALLY spent time.

Historical Research

We dig through archives, old blueprints, and sometimes city records that haven't been touched in decades. Every building has a story.

Material Salvage

If it's worth saving, we save it. Original bricks, timber beams, metal fixtures - they all tell the building's story better than anything new ever could.

Modern Integration

Steel, glass, and contemporary systems that don't try to hide what they are. Old and new should complement each other, not compete.
